Soric International’s performance in hotel brokerage is unparalleled with transactions encompassing large hotels and resorts as well as small independent properties. We have maintained a strong record of performance by matching opportunities in an ever-changing industry with the needs of investors and sellers. Based on our brokerage expertise, Soric International is able to close on 95% of our exclusive listings.
Soric has also delivered and exceeded the demands of its clients when dealing with debt or equity financing. Within the last three years Soric International has completed deals of this nature throughout EMEA including Bucharest, Marbella and Cape Verde. This is in part due to our extensive client base.
Our Approach
Soric International’s headquarters based in London together. With our additional Paris, Milan, Vienna and Dubai offices we are equipped to handle hospitality sector assets effectively across Europe, the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent. This was complemented by the new Praia office opened in 2020.
Soric International devotes only senior brokers and analysts to position and market an asset. Our brokers, who have extensive knowledge of the market, will be able to provide timely responses to investors’ queries and conduct meaningful site inspections with all potential buyers.
In addition, the marketing team liaises with colleagues in other Soric International offices to maximise any expertise or personal contacts they may bring to the project.
